1. Woolwich Tenancy

All vehicle rentals arranged through Woolwich are governed by a Rental Agreement issued at booking confirmation or at vehicle collection. The agreement sets out the terms and conditions, insurance details, applicable charges and your responsibilities for the rental. If any inconsistency arises between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will govern that rental.

2. Woolwich Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from Woolwich, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years old (age limits may differ by vehicle type, and extra fees may apply to drivers under 25). Hold a valid, full driving licence appropriate to the vehicle category, held for the minimum period stated in the Rental Agreement. Provide valid identification and proof of address and payment method as requested by Woolwich at vehicle collection.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Bookings can be made via our website, by telephone, or in person at our Woolwich location. A booking deposit may be required to confirm your reservation. 4. Woolwich Vehicle Collection and Return

  • At Woolwich you must inspect the vehicle thoroughly at collection and report any pre-existing damage immediately. A vehicle condition report will be completed and signed by both you and a Woolwich representative. Return the vehicle in the same condition as collected, allowing for normal wear and tear. Any new damage identified on return will be recorded and charged in accordance with our damage policy.

5. Insurance and Liability (Woolwich)

  • Basic third-party insurance is included with all Woolwich rentals. Full coverage details and excess amounts are provided in the Rental Agreement. Additional insurance options may be available to reduce your financial liability. We recommend reviewing these options carefully. You are responsible for damage or loss up to the excess amount shown in the Rental Agreement.

6. Cancellation and Revisions

8. Limitation of Liability — Woolwich

To the maximum extent permitted by English and Welsh law, Woolwich will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Woolwich for the services giving rise to the claim.

9. Applicable Law

These Woolwich Terms are governed by English and Welsh law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Woolwich Terms

Woolwich may amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on the Woolwich website. Continued use of our services after posting indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
